About the Artist:
My art is influenced by nature, culture, and life experiences. Art is my way of drawing hope and creating beauty in hard places. My artistic journey began in a county jail after suffering a psychotic break from previously undiagnosed schizoaffective disorder. With only a bendy pen and paper, I learned to draw. I continue creating my art as I serve time in a mental hospital. Every piece is hand-drawn.
